WildCookbook

WILD is a co-production of Dutch award-winning food photographer Remko Kraaijeveld and graphic designer, author and hunter Ronald Timmermans (the same team behind the Gourmand Cookbook Award winning book De Oosterscheldekreeft in 2012). WILD focuses on hunting in the Netherlands, giving  an sight in the traditions, customs and hunting  methods and last but not least, showing you how to cook your game. I have done the culinary editing of the recipes, making things like ‘duck in clay’ and blood sausage of hare actually feasible.
